As a fine artist, having grown up in North Devon, I am forever inspired by what surrounds me. The rugged coastline and expansive sea have continued to be my place of refuge while fueling my creativity and imagination.
Through my paintings, I am motivated to hold onto memories, to capture the essence of a particular moment or place in time while telling a story.
Alongside the picturesque landscape, it is the connection between people that deeply inspires and moves me. Often being transfixed by the smallest of moments and enjoy a sense of romance and expression in even the simplest scenes. I love capturing these moments and preserving their quiet magic.
It is this very same passion for being present in the moment and capturing such precious memories that has naturally led me to live wedding painting, which I absolutely adore. On your wedding day, I paint your celebration as it unfolds, creating an artwork in real time that captures not just how it looks, but how it feels - the atmosphere, light, energy, and emotion.
This will become the most perfect way to remember one of life's most meaningful days - creating an heirloom that can be passed down for generations.
It was so lovely to have Megan be a part of our wedding. Our guests loved watching the painting come together. It came out even more beautiful than we had pictured in our heads. The detail of the wedding dress and of us are just amazing. We are completely in love with the painting and cherish the special memory it will bring us in years to come. I Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Meg for creating an amazing one off piece for myself and my husband. We asked Meg to create a beautiful picture that would capture us after taking our vows. Right after the confetti was thrown next to the wedding gazebo.
